Are you an American Idol buff? Well, here is your chance of a lifetime to get to the American Idol Finale live in Hollywood for FREE. Join the Greenwich Overloaded – American Idol Wildcard Challenge, Show off your stuff and audition online!
Simply upload a video of yourself singing acappella for a chance to watch the American Idol Finale LIVE IN HOLLYWOOD!
Gather as many votes as you can and you and a friend can be on that plane living out that American Idol Experience!
Mechanics:
- Contestants will upload themselves singing accapella on www.youtube.com and paste the link on the contest page at www.idoloverload.greenwich.com.ph
- From March 2 to March 31 contestants will upload their accapella songs. Those uploaded will then be voted on by anyone who signs in to the site. Voting is by signing in to www.idoloverload.greenwich.com.ph and clicking on the vote button of the desired entry.
- At the end of every week, the person who has the most votes will move on to the final round of voting.
- 6 weekly winners will be reuploaded to be voted on once again. This will be from April 1 up to April 4.
- Once the contestant has won the weekly contest, he may not upload an entry again.
- For every end of the week, all videos uploaded for that time will not be eligible for voting anymore unless re-uploaded for the next week.
- The losing uploads for the week however can re-upload their video or make a new one again.
- The final round winner will automatically be the 13th finalist to the Xtreme Idol Challenge Finals.
- Greenwich reserves the right to discontinue any uploaded content due to graphic and malicious content, not following the acapella format, or by virtue of a contestant uploading a non-singing video.
